Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. All items are in stock and ship out the next business day once your payment is confirmed. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days across Canada via Canada Post and 1 business day within Winnipeg using our local courier.

A. To bring you unique and high-quality fashion, our clothing pieces are carefully sourced from West Africa and Turkey. Each item is hand-selected for style, quality, and authenticity.


Q. Is Alexis Boutique Black-owned?

A. Yes! We are proudly Black-owned. Alexis Boutique was founded over 50 years ago by Alexis’ mother, who started the business as a way to support her family. Today, Alexis continues the legacy alongside her mother, bringing a modern eye for fashion while staying true to our roots.


Q. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A. Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us before sending items back. Note: All sale and clearance items are final sale.


Q. How do I know my size?

A. Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up or contacting us directly for personalized sizing assistance.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. Payments are processed securely for your protection.


Q. Can I pick up my order in person?

A. Yes! If you’re in Winnipeg, we offer free local pickup at our boutique. Simply select the “Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.


Q. Do you restock sold-out items?
